Regional Development

Develops and realises regional and cross-border projects that help strengthen the economic structure in the regions.

As a rule, these are complex projects. They often involve many actors and stakeholders, each with their own dynamics.Using my broad international network, I bring together organizations and actors that play an important role in the further development of an idea for an Interreg-project.

Making the right connections between numerous (inter)national initiatives creates added value and synergy: An important condition for successful cooperation between all partners.

organizations and their ideas

Project support

A key condition for the success of a project is careful project definition. The input of all partners and frequent coordination is leading here. Together, we arrive at a balanced and supported project definition and bring the project closer to the final goal. Additionally
I provide support in specific areas as required.

Full service

As a rule, complex projects require long-term commitment and sufficient (international) knowledge. It is therefore important that you, the client, can concentrate on the content of the project, because that is where your strengths lie. I then focus on all the preconditions needed to carry out the project. This can range from full coordination from start to finish, to reporting on and securing external financial resources.

Training

Complex grant projects require carefully constructed accountability, both substantive and financial. I train project partners in proper reporting. Thanks to my many years of experience and knowledge, I am also a sounding board for the participating partners.
